Henley Says...
The Klipsch Music City speakers have become of of my favourite audio products around the house thanks to their wide range of features and usability, making the speakers perfect for any number of situations.
I frequently use my Music City speakers for parties and gatherings with friends as the volume they produce for a speaker of their size is astounding, and with the Broadcast mode feature, I can easily spread the music I want throughout my house without difficulty.
Broadcast mode, found in certain Klipsch speakers, allows speakers to be linked together to enable playback through all of the connected speakers, and create an immersive, all-encompassing environment to listen to your music in. In order to activate Broadcast mode, just put the desired speakers into broadcast pairing mode while audio is playing and enjoy mono signals being sent to the added devices.
Broadcast mode is achieved through the BT chip used in the speakers. The primary speaker that is connected to a device transmits a mono signal through Bluetoot, any secondary device can ‘pick up’ this signal and play it. This signal is not retransmissible through the secondary speaker as the source and range of the broadcast signal is limited to the primary speaker.
